Our services are exclusively available by appointment only.
DO YOU OFFER EMERGENCY VET SERVICES?
We have a provision for urgent care appointments, but kindly note that this service is exclusively available to our existing clients.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS OR FLEXIBLE PAYMENT TERMS?
We offer flexible payment options, including CareCredit, at our Clientele Center. Visit the "Financial Options" section for more details tailored to your unique financial situation.
DO YOU OFFER HEALTH CERTIFICATES?
We offer health certificates for travel within the US, Canada, and Mexico, but not for international travel, trips to Hawaii, or US territories.
DO YOU OFFER MOBILE/AT-HOME SERVICES?
We do not offer mobile or at-home services.
DO YOUR VETERINARIANS SEE EXOTICS?
Our veterinarians do not treat exotic pets at this time.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PET INGESTS SOMETHING TOXIC?
If your pet ingests something toxic, contact ASPCA Animal Poison Control at 888-426-4435 immediately.
MY PET IS HAVING SURGERY TOMORROW, BUT CAN THEY STILL HAVE FOOD OR WATER?
Pet owners, please remember not to feed your pets after 10:00 pm the night before their surgery. Water should still be available for them to drink.
HOW DO CURRENT CLIENTS RECEIVE PATIENT REMINDERS?
Please ensure your email is updated in your account for vaccine reminders during your next visit to prioritize your pet's health.
HOW SOON CAN I HAVE MY PET'S PRESCRIPTION REFILLED?
Our hospital usually fills prescription refills on the same day, but requests a 24-hour notice.
