APPOINTMENTS AND PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

We kindly request that appointments be scheduled in advance to ensure prompt service. Our dedicated receptionists will do their utmost to accommodate your preferred day and time for your pet's visit. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice to allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly. During our regular business hours, we strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

 

If you require a prescription refill, kindly provide us with a 24-hour notice to ensure your pet's medication is ready for pickup. In the case of long-term medications, we offer the convenience of our online pharmacy, where you can purchase and have your pet's prescriptions delivered straight to your door.
